Love and Relationship

Part I

Love is our birthright. It is the very nature of our being. This is easy to see when we look at a very young child. The child does not have to do anything or be in a certain way to provoke the feeling of Love in us. It simply is, and that being-ness is Love. This original source of love is still hidden within us, regardless of the layers of conditioning that cover it.

All relationships are in essence an attempt to revive this love.

Yet in reality all relationships provoke a kaleidoscope of feelings and emotions not only of love, but also of hate, joy, sadness, fears of abandonment, jealousy, betrayal, shock, shame, friendship or vulnerability.

If we have not learned to open to all these changing experiences, we may have decided to close off, shrink back or isolate ourselves and blame others for our state.

This series of 3 courses offer a deep exploration and a healing for love and relationship. As we turn the focus away from the other on to ourselves we can discover and enter the very source of feeling within. We can move deeper than the pulling / pushing - wanting / rejecting and the fear of being hurt. In that depth we can come to a deeper understanding, acceptance and love of our own energies, and thus to an acceptance of and love for our relationship partner.

A healing process is initiated through which we can allow deep intimacy and yet remain centered in the source of our own feeling. We can melt in love, open to intimacy and enjoy our aloneness.

Part 1

Healing shock, shame, unworthiness and false love.

Part 1 explores how we have learned relationship patterns from our very first relationships, our parents, our mother and father. In Childhood we have experienced love and support, but also shock, shame, unworthiness, guilt, condemnation. These childhood traumas have colored our relating and have led to fixed patterns that create suffering in our relationships.

In this course we will initiate a healing process that frees us from fixed suffering patterns
